Sans fangirls?

Okay, okay. So like what I don't understand about these people is everything. A 8 bit skeleton is sexy/adorable? Obviously with how many fangirls there are. Is that what it's mostly about? Making a oc adore sans, enough to kill, and then make youtube videos and start drama or fights, things like that? 'Cause I could do that right now if I wanted to, I've heard some people mention like sans spirit's and that confuses me by a lot, if anyone, could explain to me, hit up my notes because I'm generally confused.
